About Us

History of All Things Beautiful
All Things Beautiful was established in 2019 as an interactive social media space dedicated to uplifting and restoring the image of Black/Brown women and girls worldwide. Through posting and sharing stunning visuals celebrating our unique beauty and empowering quotes, we honor the strength, resilience, and vibrancy of our community.

Name Origin: All Things Beautiful
All Things Beautiful The name "All Things Beautiful" is inspired by the scripture Ecclesiastes 3:11 from the Holy Bible, which states, "He has made ALL THINGS BEAUTIFUL in its time." This verse reflects our belief in the inherent beauty and potential within every individual and situation. We recognize that everyone has the ability to grow and improve in their own time, embracing the journey of self-discovery and development. Just as beauty unfolds at its own pace, we support each person in realizing their unique potential, celebrating each step along the way.

Platform Name Change: I am All Things Beautiful
We added “I Am” to our name to remind every woman that she is a unique expression of beauty and strength. At I Am All Things Beautiful, the beauty we celebrate transcends physical appearance; it encompasses the beauty of one’s life, the beauty of transformation, and the beauty of a community coming together to uplift and support one another. We want every woman to recognize her inherent value, embrace her self-worth, and understand that she is a vital and cherished individual in her own right. By appreciating the richness of her life and the contributions she makes, we reinforce the idea that every woman’s journey is unique. We are committed to supporting one another in empowerment.

Transforming Creativity into Community Support
Over the years our community has grown on Facebook and Instagram, we've witnessed an increase in the needs of our followers. Many have reached out for financial assistance, highlighting the potential of our platform to make a significant difference. We are excited to announce that "i am All Things Beautiful" has evolved into a Women Organized Mutual Aid Network (W.O.M.A.N.), a crowdfunding initiative reminiscent of the "Sisterhood Savings Accounts" from the 1940s. These accounts were dedicated to providing financial aid and support to Black women, fostering community solidarity and economic independence. By pooling resources, members could access funds for emergencies and business ventures, empowering them to take control of their financial futures.
